I'm into a lot of things. Meticulously and lovingly crafted food, minimally processed, fresh and in season. Spicy. Vegetables. Nose to tail, the weird bits. Steak. Ice cream.
My apartment is probably too small for this, but perhaps in the future.
Roasted chicken. Meats/stews/soups. Asian inspired food & curries. I'm a little obsessed with making tamales.
