No, I have never been to a secret dining event before. I never heard of this concept before today, but I love it.
I'm thinking about what to make for breakfast and that my daughter is coming over for dinner tonight so I'm thinking about serving a steak salad or grilled steak, baked potatoes, and Brussels sprouts.
Italian (I like to make my own pasta), roasted meats, salmon & talapia.

I attended Le Cordon Bleu in Austin in 2009-10. Currently, I am the chef at a catering company. We do mainly corporate catering so I am off most weekends.
