I just can't get enough of Northern Italian food at the moment. So I will host a 4 course dinner, partly plated, partly family style and pair it with an awesome Italian wine!
If you are interested, this is what you should expect:
Duck Mouse with port wine, candied guava & almonds
Quail Egg fused with white truffle, topped with pancetta
Truffle brûlée topped with shrimp, drizzled with lime, chives & caviar
Strawberry Salad, mixed greens & parmesan
Le Trou Normand- calvados granita
Brasato al Barolo- braised beef in red wine, served with creamy polenta
Ricotta-Mascarpone Mouse over balsamic strawberries
Espresso & Digestif
Contribution requested: 29 Euro
For those who'd like to have wine, a 10 Euro cash contribution will be requested on that evening.
The dinner will take place around a table for 10.
