I would like to invite 10 people to my home for a dinner Titled Duck, Duck Goose. It will be a five course meal with two duck preparations and one goose preparations. I will continue to explore the idea of companion planting for the structure of my flavor profiles and also the habitat and foods that the animals eat to create the courses. The cost of the event is $35 per person. If you would like to have wine the additional charge is $20 per person. A wine is selected with each course by a our resident sommelier Thomas.
