INDIAN STREET FOOD - 23 MARCH - FULLY BOOKED

It's Holi! The Indian festival that greets the coming of spring is one of the two most important celebrations in the Hindu calendar, and traditionally people throw colour at each other and celebrate with wild exuberance.

Join us in a celebration of colourful and tasty street food, full of robust flavours and textures that tease and tantalise the tastebuds.

Saturday 23 March @ 7.30 PM - four courses £20

FIRST COURSE
Three different types of chaat - typical street food of north India.

Bhel Puri - wholewheat wafers with potatoes, onions, coriander, peanuts and crispy chickpea flour vermicelli, topped with a tangy mint chutney

Dahi Vada - deep fried lentil patties in spiced yogurt with a tamarind and date chutney

Fruit Chaat - spicy mixed fruit salad

SECOND COURSE
Aloo tikki chaat - potato cakes topped with tangy, tomatoey chickpeas

THIRD COURSE
Kathi rolls - succulent pieces of chicken wrapped in Indian flat bread, served with coriander chutney and onion salad
