Come and learn how to get stuck into the fundamentals of breadmaking, from scratch! You and your fellow student will receive instructions from Shauna, a culinary trained chef and former cookery school tutor. All ingredients provided and choice of pizza toppings. The plan is to produce your own yeast-risen pizza base, to create your own rustic pizza---your lunch---whilst overlooking the hustle and bustle of the busy Spitalfields market. The 3 of us will sit down and enjoy our own individual pizzas and then each of you will also produce a focaccia to take home with you.
