This course is for 11am-2pm Sunday, 4th August and the 3hr breadmaking class entails:

:: 1 cookery tutor and hands on instructions
:: 1 Spitalfields flat overlooking the market
:: 1 pizza that you make and bake yourself and enjoy for lunch

We sit down and get aquainted with breadmaking principles for 15mins and then just get cracking on making pizza!
Come and learn how to get stuck into the fundamentals of breadmaking, from scratch! You and your fellow student will receive instructions from Shauna, a culinary trained chef and former cookery school tutor. All ingredients provided and choice of pizza toppings. The plan is to produce your own yeast-risen pizza base, to create your own rustic pizza---your lunch---whilst overlooking the hustle and bustle of the busy Spitalfields market. The 3 of us will sit down and enjoy our own individual pizzas and then each of you will also produce a focaccia to take home with you.
