Up and coming Chef and Author Jay Morjaria is hosting a supper club in support of Urban Food Fortnight with most of the ingredients being sourced from within the M25. Chef Jay will serve up a 4 course Vegetarian meal as well as a welcome drink in the heart of Soho.
The menu will be based on the availability of produce during the week and will feature, Honey made on the rooftops of the Tate Modern, wild mushrooms from Guildford, herbs and vegetables from Ladbroke Grove even Organic Tofu made in Brick Lane!
Chef Jay runs Sutra Kitchen, Central London's 1st Vegetarian/Vegan Cooking School serving up an array of Globally inspired dishes and has recently launched his cook book 'Share'.
