Bringing you food from far flung places, exotic beaches and lush mountains, expect an evening of lively discussion and new friends. Everywhere I travel to, I ensure I bring back a recipe or two and I'd like to share that with you.
The menu for October 25th will include :
Venezuelan arepa (corn bread) with avocado, tomato and chorizo
Brazilian style Feijoada with Colombian coconut rice
Argentinian dulce de leche semi freddo
Fresh fruit platter and coffee or tea.
All proceeds will go to Little Haven's Charity.
In March 2014 , I will be trekking the Sahara dessert in aid of Little Haven's charity which was set up to support terminally ill children. It's a great cause and if you want to sponsor me , you can do by visiting the following web page:
