Never but always wanted to
Spicy Portuguese pork stew with crusty bread and a fruity red wine, or a warm pear and walnut salad on spinach leaves and ricotta with a raspberry balsamic dressing.
Not right now, possibly in the future
Tough question! One pot wonders are straight forward (chilli's, rich stews\casseroles, etc.) but I can flex my creativity on occasion. Told I can do a good beef Wellington although it scares the life out of me!
