Foie Gras Eclair

-Membrillo, Sauternes

Tuna Satsivi

-Walnut sauce, horseradish caviar

Pickle Salad

-House made pickles, frisee, tarragon

Blood Beet Soup

-Quince braised short rib, crème fraiche

Caged Venison

-Asparagus, carrot marzipan puree, juniper glace

Fall Pavlova

-Hard cider, port, ginger ice cream

Please arrive by 7:15, service will begin at 7:30.

Most importantly, I strive to create dishes and meals that are genuinely exciting. I love multicourse meals because they can become a conversation or a journey, that take you from where you are to where you would like to be.

Note from Organisers: Tickets are being promoted in a few places so even if this event looks a bit empty it probably isn't :)
