No, I've only heard of it and longed to belong to one.
Sushi, Thai, Korean, Japanese. I haven't gotten my Asian dishes down well enough to feel confident enough to cook them at home. No matter the effort I put in, I always wish I'd gone out for it. This is next on 'to do' list- learning these distinct flavors and techniques class. These are my favorite cuisines. I absolutely must learn to cook them at home soon so I can enjoy them more often.
My intimate space would only allow for a small group, but, yes, I would love to.
I especially like to make light and flavorful pastas along with PNW caught seafood, delicous soups, incredible salads, etc made only from local, organic, and sustainably sourced ingredients.

I enjoy trying different dishes.. along with the ritual of the experience.The cooking, the plating, the table settings, the conversations, the music, the laughter, the sense of community-all of it. Secret dining club seems like all of that and more.
