I have hosted a few private cooking lesson parties.
I'd like to attend a few events before I commit to anything. I entertain often (2-20 guests) so I do have the experience.

I just finished a plate of raw oysters, mini-crab cakes, and french fries with truffle oil. So nothing in addition at the moment. Tomorrow, I'm going out for Thai for lunch (love green curry with egglplant, peppers, and basil over Indian-style fry bread...Soi 4 in Oakland). Saturday night, I am having friends over for classics from Transylvania. I eat and cook a wide variety of foods!
Greetings and salutations. I love to eat, cook, plan, and travel. I am adventurous, reasonably witty, and definitely fun.
My first experience and thanks to Ken, Ed, Alisha, Jamie, Jilliana, Toby, and the magical cooking of Philip and his support team, it was a great time. I look forward to attending more dinners and hosting as well.
