Loving-Kindness (Metta) Meditation

Join us for a loving-kindness meditation, which is a guided meditation
in which we cultivate an attitude of kindness by successively evoke kindness toward people who love us, toward ourselves, toward a neutral person and toward a "difficult" person.

We'll have a dicussion after the meditation.

If people are interested, we'll go out for a bite to eat afterwards in Harvard Square.
