Easter Bunny Ditches Eggs

Please read descriptions of events before attending.

Important information may be in the description.

What are we doing?

I provide a prompt or idea and the group has time to work on whatever it is that they decide to do. As always, if you do not want to write or create on the topics provided then you can use the free time to "do your own thing". Think of the prompts as optional.

Prompt:

After years of handing out dyed eggs, the Easter Bunny is in search of a new gift to give to kids. You’re a pitchman for a company who’s hoping to land the Easter Bunny’s account. What’s your product and your pitch?

----------------------------------------

The prompts, themes, topics, and/or events are posted here on meetup.
Check the Seeking the muse meetup Calendar to see upcoming events.

During a meeting we have time to write and then time to share what we've written.

If you'd like to bring something that you have written before the group you are welcome to do so.

Time is limited, so if you have a long piece you want to share,
please break it up into smaller sections to read on different nights so others have a chance to read during the meeting.

You are welcome to just use the time and space for your own creative endeavors. This might be the perfect time for you to commit to spending time on an Open Studio/ Independent Study. If you want to share during the feedback portion of the group then you are encouraged to do so. If you do not wish to share, then you do not have to. We're all coming together to enjoy this time. So just kick back, relax, and have fun.

What to Bring
Please remember to bring a notebook and a pen/pencil (or laptop and power cord).
A sense of humor and desire for fun are also a plus.

Donations to help offset the website fee to run this group are appreciated, but not mandatory.

About $2 per person once a month should be enough to cover the website cost.

Where are we meeting?

We'll be meeting in the Community Room
at the Qdoba Mexican Restaurant in Cherry Hill, NJ.
Qdoba is located in the Ellisburg Circle Shopping Center
on Rt. 70 and Kings Highway.

1630 North Kings Highway
Cherry Hill, NJ 08034

This is my first meet up. Is there a drink minimum?

Yup, short and bare feet. It's really not as cold as you'd think. But the yard looked so beautiful covered in snow I had my wife take a picture of me in it. She wore a coat. She would have no part of my shenanigans. LOL

Lol. Smart lady. If a guy asked me to do that I would wear a coat too. But cool pic as a result.

For my first meetup it was a lot fun. I got to share ideas and some thoughts with a lot of nice people. I can't wait to do it again. I hope the other Meetups with my other groups go as well.

If I could make it I would so write a romance between a bunny and a chicken. It would end with the creation of the chocolate egg.
