Two short talks this month, both from "real-work" page object practitioners, each one using a different testrunner and language!
JAVA ABSTRACT: An example of page object usage in a test scenario using Java, TestNG, and Eclipse taken from an interview coding quiz.
JAVA SPEAKER: David Luu has been in QA for 8 years and worked across the range of QA activities with test automation and tools development being one of his specialties. He's been working with Selenium for the past 3 years, and is also involved in open source projects, namely php-webdriver-bindings and remote server implementations and test libraries for Robot Framework. RUBY ABSTRACT: An example of page objects for the Website Builder product using Selenium, Rspec and RubyMine.
RUBY SPEAKER: Manoj Pahuja has been a test engineer/SDET for the last 6.5 years and has worked on testing and writing automation for native (windows or mac), android and web. He has been working with Selenium for Ruby for the last 7 months and enjoys doing that and has contributed to a few gems mainly for reporting and memory usage of the application.
