Can You Move On?

I can safely assume we've all experienced heavy losses; whether you've lost a relationship, had some sort of failure, loss of possession or death of a loved one.  Such experiences decrease vitality and enthusiasm for life, to say the least.  It can feel like you're stuck in the painful experience and can't move on.  Or everything in your environment reminds you of him, her, it.

I have a friend who has extensively studied loss and the human experience and has been counseling people for years. He's agreed to deliver a workshop on the subject for free.  It will be on Tues, 22 April at 4pm and should take about 2 hours between talking in group and hearing what he has to say about it.  I'm looking forward to it.  Hope to see you there!  If you have questions, e-mail me at [masked]

Will this meet up be held regardless of how many RSVP? I really hope sounds like this is something tailor made for me.

Yes, I'll hold it no matter what. I've also invited the other two groups I organize- ones for break ups and divorce recovery and the other for depression and anxiety. We should hopefully have 5+ attendees, but of course more would be better. I look forward to meeting you :)
