Low self confidence and low self esteem are among the most common life ruins. It seems like everyone has at least some insecurities. But why? Why do we put ourselves down? Why do we have to dwell on our shortcomings or failures? Negative thoughts only hurt us. Have you ever tried to "think positive" only to find yourself falling back into negative thoughts before you knew it? There has got to be some reason for this and there has to be some solution. I am against the use of medicine/drugs to alleviate mental/spiritual conditions, the side effects are awful and they don't actually cure anybody. I hope we can come together and help each other improve our self esteem with education, talk and self help.
