Self Myofacial release and trigger point with the foam roller

Happy new year pain free seekers.  For 2013, we have decided to put the foam rolling classes on a regular schedule.  We will be holding them on the 3rd Monday of every month at sports basement.  Unfortunately the loft filled up before we got this on the schedule so there won't be a January meet up.  But I should have a full length video done by mid February so you will be able to take our class at home any time.  I hope you all had a fantastic holiday season and I look forward to seeing you soon.

Hello Everyone. Please make sure to bring a roller and a mat/towel for the floor. If you don't already have a roller you can get one at Sports Basement before class. Make sure to give yourself enough time to get settled in before 7:00. There is no fee for this class.

If you're purchasing a roller tonight, a full length one is best. The white ones are the most soft but do break down quickly. The multicolored ones very in density. The black ones are the most dense but are also very intense to use so you may not want black if you're a beginner. Looking forward to seeing you all tonight.
