Foam rolling for pain releif

We have had a few new people join our group recently so this meet up will cater to all levels from beginner to advanced.  Please bring a 3 foot long foam roller, a mat, and wear movable clothing.  I look forward to seeing you there.

Too short of a workshop.. the hour just flew by! I really enjoyed it and am happy I attended. Now I finally know how to use my foam roller and would recommend others to attend!

You can substitute by bringing a towel. A regular yoga mat is what I prefer to use for padding under knees and elbows. See you Monday.

I have the roller but no mat. Should the mat I get be a typical yoga mat? What are your recommendations for a mat?
