New Year's Hwa Rang Do Bootcamp (2-Hour Endurance and Fitness Class)

Are you ready for the endurance workout of your life?

Do you look forward to physical challenges and new experiences?

Do you want to see how 59th generation of an Ancient Warrior Tradition conditions their practitioners?

If you said YES to any of these questions and are healthy enough to endure a high intensity workout, then our annual New Year's Hwa Rang Do Bootcamp is for you.

This is a FREE 2-Hour endurance & fitness class available to our students and general public to help kick start their new year, work off the extra pounds from the holidays and get you in shape.

If you are up for the challenge, we invite you to join us this Saturday, 1/4 @ 12 noon!

This is a once a year class, so take advantage of the free workout and come make some new friends.

We have bathrooms, locker rooms and showers available. Along with a friendly and welcoming environment without the egos of most martial arts gyms.

Wear t-shirt and sweats. Avoid wearing shorts, if at all possible. Come hydrated and rested.  If you need to step out of the class to catch your breath, that's no problem, but we will all finish together!

Men, Women and Teens are all welcome!
