I am seeking the speaker Amir Sattar. The email I have is not working. I need a social networking guy. Can you help me get in contact with him?

As of now I am at 951 sales. I have to get to 1,000 for the new child's birthday! So I need to talk with someone about social networking.

Thank you in advance for the contact information.

(I sold 7 more that do not count toward that goal... still... got to push)

Thank you Miral. I will email the gentleman and see what I can do. Money is hard to come by, which is why I am skittish about it. If I can sell some of the books I have on hand I will be able to afford some of his basic services.
I sold 17 yesterday. One in the United Kingdom, Seven Kindle Versions and the rest were soft covers. So I am getting there.
I wanted to pledge to make it to 1,000 sold by the time your baby is born. But with 881 sales thus far, I don't know if I can make it. You are due any time now I believe.

LOL, just a few more weeks ;) - not yet! Also, I highly recommend that you encourage readers to write more reviews for your book! That will definitely help you.

OK. I needed a lot more. PS: I sold 25 more books today. Just checked Amazon.

Hi David, I think for your needs it might be helpful to hire a technical assistant. It will definitely get you the personal attention that a workshop can't offer you.

I think it would be a good idea to do the smaller sessions based on tech levels. Also, I left my hand out (with notes) at this session. Is it possible to get a copy?

Hi, D! You can email [masked] and he can send you the slides.

I enjoyed the meeting. At first it was a bit chaotic and generic. Then when we started learning about Twitteer the meeting took on significance and relevance for me.

Hope you don't misinterpret comments as complaints. Just trying to streamline but FB and Twitter are individual efforts. That makes an overall class hard to control, teach and learn. All things considered, I'm pleased with last night...and like the 2-3 ppl group idea based on level of expertise (if possible).

Hi, everyone! Thanks for coming out last night! Great to see everyone Tweeting. We can do follow up sessions in the next couple of weeks if you're interested and break out Facebook and Twitter. We can keep the groups to 2-3 ppl so the sessions are more hands on. Let me know if you'd like that. I'll also pair up ppl based on their tech levels.

A good intro to two confusing social networks. I would have liked to get more hands on examples

A lot to digest in a short period of time. but a good start
I'm spending most of today learning more about both

Agree. Questions by one or two (exclusively) can be annoying. Paperwork given out was helpful. Now wondering if classes should be either on FB or Twitter. I need more Twitter.

Was afraid Amir let the 1st hour get outta control but 2nd hour (Twitter) was VERY informative & helpful

Are Facebook & Twitter becoming absolutely DE RIGUEUR?

My twitter account is frozen. I need to unfreeze it. Can you help with that? Can't get anyone on the phone.

    July 15, 2013

    • Miral S.

David, try creating a new one for the session. You can alternately contact Twitter support and try to reset your password.

Thanks for organizing this Miral. It looks like a great way to know these powerful social media platforms. Thanks and see you tomorrow!

Sorry. Just noticed the price. A bit too high for the content, I suspect.

It's a 2 hr training session with materials and homework. Not a regular meeting. Other folks charge 100's :)

Hi, folks! We now have a location!
