It is a rare pleasure when I can meet such smart people as I did at this meetup.

Jill's presentation was outstanding. I enjoyed her historical analysis and assessment of the current state of structured storage.

I also enjoyed the party afterward. Congrats on the 2nd B-day of SST!

Very interesting meeting, discussion and people. Would like to confirm the terms -- HIVE and MOP -- that were used in the context of the meeting. My web site at:
    http://systemsconcept.org/
contains copies of publications and presentations. My current focus is innovative energy systems, including smart grid and smart grid ontology development and application.

    Have fun...

Great overview and commentary focused on the value forces that are changing the way people create, organize, store, process, retrieve and utilize data and associated information. Specific open discussion of technologies from a very wide range of domain specialties added significant value to the event.

References to semantic technologies, such as, HIVE and MOP helped to orient and ground the discussion in practical application terms.

It would be good to have future meetings that focused on one small specific technology application as it is applied to one specific domain. The bounding of the discussion and the example would allow for a more in depth understanding of the technology under discussion.

All in all, a very fun group......

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
