Join us for an early morning birding bike ride in Chuluota. This is a leisurely trip, perfect for beginning birders and beginning bikers. We'll meet at my house, 1820 Lake Mills Road, Chuluota, at 7am. From there, we'll bike a 4 mile round trip on paved roads through the cattle ranch area on Brumley Road and identify about 15 species. Those who wish can continue on for a 6 mile round trip to Lake Mills Park. Bring bicycle, helmet, binoculars, camera, water, and a snack.

Length: 4 miles or 10 miles. Leisure

What a great day with Shirley and Carl. At my expense we created a
new bird called the " ratchet bird." I mistook a metal ratchet on a fence as the remains of a Loggerhead Shrike's dinner. Sure looks like it and I've got pictures to prove it! Lots of photos of the Caracaras. They posed forever. Probably still there.
