Volunteer Workday at Sonoma Valley Regional Park

Join Regional Parks staff for a Friday morning of removing invasive Himalayan Blackberry and French Broom from beautiful Sonoma Valley Regional Park. This is a great way to spend the morning in nature while providing a crucial service for this park's habitat.

Parks staff will meet volunteers in the parking lot for a prompt 8:30 a.m. start. Staff will provide tools, gloves, drinks and snacks. Volunteers should wear sturdy shoes, long pants, long-sleeve shirt, hat and sunscreen and are encouraged to bring their own water bottle.

Volunteers 13 and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Older, unaccompanied minors must come with a PDF filesigned parental permission slip (227 kB).

Join or login to comment.
