Sensored Meetup #15 & Solid Pre-party

Hey Sensorites,

Welcome to the month of hardware-meets-software in the Bay Area!  With MakerCon, MakerFaire, and Solid, this month is packed with tons of awesome events.

Join the Sensored community for a special pre-Solid meetup, featuring demos and presentations from some of our out-of-town friends (and their sensors).  If you've got something you'd like to share, let me know.

As usual, we'll get started with snacks and drinks around 7, the presentations will start at 7:30, and we'll have plenty of time for everyone to meet each other.

This month's sponsor is O'Reilly Media, which is running the Solid Conference on May 21-22.  They have discounted tickets for members of our meetup group -- use the discount code MEETSOLID for 40% off of registration (please don't tweet or publish this code).

We'll be back in the Dogpatch at the awesome Lemnos Labs, which just announced a new partnership with GE.

Events, announcements, news to share?  Email me and I'll put it on our Sensored Calendar, or post it in our Facebook group.

Looking forward to seeing you soon!

P.S. If you missed April's SF IoT / Sensored / Hardware mega meetup, you can check out video here.

Unfortunately I am no longer going to be able to attend today's meetup. I had hoped to introduce myself and meet people who have an expertise with wireless local positioning systems and/or sensors for computer vision. If that describes you, please shoot me an email at [masked]
Hope to see you at a future meetup.
