Are you struggling with the ending of a relationship? Feeling stuck in despair, confusion, anxiety, or hopelessness? Trying to move on but not sure what to do?
Ever feel frustrated by those well meaning folks who advise you to ‘take time for you’, ‘feel your feelings’, or ‘just be alone for a while’?
While you get the wisdom in this advice, most likely no one has ever taught you HOW to do it:
- To be with yourself in a loving way through a non-linear process of transformation.
- To navigate the scary loss of your identity.
- To let go in a way that is healing and to allow a new self to emerge on its own timeline.
- To trust that this is happening whether or not you do anything.
The loss of a relationship is one of the hardest life transitions there is. And, usually we come to it quite unprepared with the tools we need for emotional recovery.
The good news is that there IS something you can actually DO. Likely it’s a type of doing that you’ve not encountered before.
When you cut yourself your body knows how to heal, you don’t actually have to do anything to make that happen, right? BUT, you can help the process along by cleaning the wound, applying cream and a bandage.
This FIERCE LOVE kind of doing is like that. Let’s learn together.
WHO WILL BENEFIT
This group is for you if you are:
- Feeling anxiety and panic, racing heart and shortness of breath
- Desperately trying to convince your partner to come back
- Constantly tracking your partner on social media or fighting the urge to
- Obsessing about what you could have done better or what you did wrong
- Trying to leave the relationship but getting pulled back in
- Dating frantically to try to feel better
- Grasping for a new plan like a job, move, or hobby
- Feeling like the bottom has dropped out, life feels empty
- Feeling guilty and working hard to make sure your partner is okay
- Riding an emotional roller coaster and feeling like you can’t keep it together
- Thinking about leaving your relationship but are either unsure about whether to leave or struggling to stick to your decision.
- Interested in developing emotional mindfulness tools and using your breakup as a means of healing and growth.
- Wanting to feel empowered to take your life back.

This group is open to all self identified women.

Although you’ll be connecting and learning, my events are not meant to be therapy or a therapy group. We will not be engaging directly with your personal patterns or change work. My online events are open to people worldwide.

Program:
Let’s gather in-person, outdoors to meet and heal together!First, we’ll share our stories with each other through guided prompts so that you can feel seen and understood. Then we’ll hike and have time to talk.
We’ll stop about halfway through our trail to come together again as a circle. Through a simple, guided exercise of taking in the natural world, you’ll get to practice tools to regulate your nervous system during times of change and challenge.
You’ll begin to understand the way a breakup triggers fight or flight activation and can keep you stuck in negative beliefs about yourself and your future. With this insight about how ‘story follows state’, you’ll feel more in control of your emotions and your healing.

We’ll meet at a designated trailhead, location TBA. Details will be sent to you a few days before we meet.
To participate in this event, you’ll need to be able to walk at a moderate pace for 4-6 miles. There are some medium hills on our route.
Transportation: Public Transportation, or drive. If you want to come and need a ride, please email me.
Heavy rain will shift our group indoors where we’ll learn movement practices for nervous system regulation. Our gathering won't be cancelled due to weather.
