This is a free, bi-monthly workshop to help you get your 2013 goals aligned, started and followed through with. This as a casual, non-networking, supportive and non-competitive environment to lend moral and encouragement as you progress through the year towards that which you're aspiring. I have hand-outs and worksheets to assist you. This meet-up is the first follow-up meeting since the first one, which I presented earlier this month.
We'll explore the experience of "good stress" verses "bad stress" as we journey through this together and share our victories and help each other with our difficulties.
