What do Alan Watts and C.G. Jung Have in Common? A Synthesized Success.Story
In the last two Meetups, we looked at the inevitable pitfalls of psycho-therapy (not practiced at TMC) and the reasons why those in that field call it an ART, as presented in a recorded lecture by Alan Watts. Watts also reminds us towards rediscovering our sense of Love, Tenderness and Trust-- cornerstones of of the applications here at the center-- a place where these actions and ideas are always welcome!

Ron Talks about the contrasting reality of psycho- biofeedback w/demonstration.
• Clear terms: Psycho – Of or having to do with the spirit originally, but now mind. Biofeedback – response (feed back, answer) from a living thing, here the body. So psycho-biofeedback is how the body responds to the mind. Dr. Watts will also detail the usefulness of therapy procedures that encourages us to experience "feelings of Love", Tenderness and Trust in properly done therapy. Ron will detail how we accomplish that in therapy at The .Monterey Center of Alameda.
