This is group is designed only for those investors serious about Real Estate investing. 

Group members will learn about various opportunities to invest alongside some of the finest minds in the industry.  The focus of the group is to make sure investors completely understand what risks and rewards exist in various investment programs.  Meetings are conducted by some of the key industry professionals in dealing with legal issues, accounting treatments, Retirement Planning, and other aspects of the investment process.  In addition, serious investors will meet with providers of various real estate investment programs.

The Serious Investors group will be small, focused and productive.  Members will rub elbows only with other serious investors and significant investment professionals in the industry.  All aspects of investing will be explored such as REO/Trustee sales, apartment investing, commercial investing, leasehold investing.
