Yoga and Chapter Discussion (Being an Expert at Fulfillment)

Hi everyone,

Please note that this meetup changes up every week.  The meeting will always be in the same place but the chapter discussions will be updated the Sunday after the previous meetup.  Read on to find out the Specifics.

Come and join us on Saturdays at Mission bay park at 9:30AM. We’ll be starting off the morning with some wonderful yoga instruction and finish with a meaningful chapter discussion on Dr. Erhard Vogel’s book, Journey to your Center. The chapters in this book are transformational and can serve as a guide to living a life of real and lasting peace and fulfillment . Bring your yoga mat or use one of ours.  We will also have copies of the book available.

This weeks Chapter (Being an Expert at Fulfillment)

Many of us spend our lives trying to become expert in certain skills or working in our profession.  However, have you ever considered the idea of becoming an expert at being fulfilled in life?  The act of focusing on the relationship with yourself requires a certain skill to cultivate a life that is deeply satisfying, free of need, fulfilling.

Check out this quote from the chapter we will discuss,

"Most goals yield their reward only when achieved, but from the moment you sincerely dedicate yourself and your actions to a life true to its meaning, you experience direct benefits."  Erhard Vogel, Ph.D.

We all want to be fulfilled in life.  Let's all start by having a discussion about it and how we can achieve it.

See you there,

Mollie

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
