As always, I now have even more questions... In thinking about "no destination" and experiencing the present, I was reminded of one of my favorite poems, "Ithaca" by Cavafy: Ithaca http://users.hol.gr/~barbanis/cavafy/ithaca.html When you set out on your journey to Ithaca, pray that the road is long, full of adventure, full of knowledge. The Lestrygonians and the Cyclops, the angry Poseidon -- do not fear them: You will never find such as these on your path, if your thoughts remain lofty, if a fine emotion touches your spirit and your body. The Lestrygonians and the Cyclops, the fierce Poseidon you will never encounter, if you do not carry them within your soul, if your soul does not set them up before you. Pray that the road is long. That the summer mornings are many, when, with such pleasure, with such joy you will enter ports seen for the first time; stop at Phoenician markets, and purchase fine merchandise, mother-of-pearl and coral, amber and ebony, and sensual perfumes

I would like the group to have a purpose. I would like to see an agenda of specific discussion and processes or meditations to do on various Seth topics. Maybe we could take a survey and spend a meeting discussing what we want to get out of our meetings other than meeting other Sethians. Also, we could chose topics for subsequent meetings. By having meeting topics in advance, each of us could study those topics in advance and come with questions, breakthroughs and specifics within those topics to discuss. Maybe we could have different people each meeting to chair and conduct the meeting as it pertains to their interest or expertise.
