Meetup details changed: Seth Readers' Thursday Meetup

Hello Seth readers,

Lawrence Davidson just sent me this Seth quote from one of Jane's early ESP classes.

Seth often states that time is not as rigid as we usually think it is, and in this magnificent quote he gives a profound example of that:

"The point of power is in the present, it is not in the past. Your point of being is joyfully NOW. Your point of power is in the present, and from this present point, as you understand it, you structure your past and your future. You affect your past through what you think now. You can make your past a time of tragedy and disillusion that reinforces a present state of powerlessness by bringing up into your memory all of those events that caused you pain or, from this present, you can make your past a time of joy and creativity by remembering in your terms, in this present, those periods of peace and exaltation and joy that existed in what you think of as the past. You form your past and your future in this present moment of your own knowing and your own being."
Seth- ESP class 01/03/74

Lawrence was a friend of Jane and Rob, as one of the "New York Boys" who drove five hours from New York to Elmira on Tuesday nights to attend. Today he is the organizer of the California Seth Conference, which is held in the Bay area in March every year.
