Hello, everyone,

I meant to include this in yesterday's email:

I have heard such great things about the Monroe Institute's workshops in Virginia, and have thought about going.  Well, now The Monroe Institute is having a Weekend Excursion Workshop here in Austin on May 26-27 for $250.  I'm going to this.  I just spoke to Beth, one of the coordinators, who says there are still places available.  $200 of the tuition can later be applied to one of the week-long courses at the Institute.  The other coordinator is Nancy Jean, whom some of you may know.

Here's the description from Monroeinstitute.org:

Excursion Workshop

The basic Outreach program is a weekend workshop called the Excursion Workshop. This two-day adventure into expanded states of awareness facilitates profound relaxation, deep contemplation, increased intuition, and communication with your Total Self and related energies.

Important personal revelations are commonplace during an Excursion Workshop. Specifically designed exercises with the Hemi-Sync® audio-guidance technology form the core of the workshop, together with explanation, discussion, and supportive group interaction.

For further details, please contact Beth Vaughan at [address removed]

Also,

On the second Thursday in June we'll get back to our normal format, talking about what Seth says in NPR about life on earth and our inner selves, after having fun last month with a successful experiential experiment.

As always, there is no charge.  Please bring your copy of The Nature of Personal Reality, if you have one.  I have a couple of spare copies for those who don't.

Fondest regards,

Jenny

I want to make a point however, that the dream universe is as real and cohesive as your own, and that the same glue of telepathy holds it together, and gives it not only as much reality but validity in actual terms. -- Seth, in The Early Sessions, Book 3
