Saturday Settlers Meetup

  • November 10, 2012 · 2:00 PM

We play Settlers the second Saturday, and the third Sunday of every month. We play a mix of traditional (3-4 player) or expansion (5-6 player) Settlers as well as Knights & Cities and/or Seafarers. Recently, we have been trying new Settlers games like Starfarers and Fishermen - both of which we like. Newbies are always welcome. We'll teach you the game. And for those of you who have a board, please bring it. We look forward to playing with you! Also, to ensure that we have enough boards for all attendees, please bring your board and mention it in your RSVP. Thanks

It depend on the people who would be bringing their catan. I only have basic 3-4 player set + cities and knight expansion.

Maybe invite someone from the wait list as well, to step in for the next game or two? Are we anticipating using expansion sets?

Ahh, it depend. If this is your first game of Catan then the game might take longer than a hour. If you have play the game before, I would think a normal 3 to 4 player game would take around 30 to 45 min. It is up to you?

Hello, I'm signed up and looking forward to tomorrow, but I can only stay for an hour. Is that enough time, or should I come next time and leave the space for tomorrow for the person on the waiting list? Thanks. It'll be my first time at a meetup, and I dont' want to take someone else's spot if I'll have to leave to early. I'm not sure how long these usually last.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
