My intent for this event is to give people a gentle introduction to Tantra while experiencing the Divine in them selves and in others. We begin with dancing. Then connecting as a circle and sharing our names. We practice the 3 keys of SkyDancing Tantra: breath, sound and movement. The puja involves connecting with other people one-on-one and is about honoring the Divine in each other. There is no nudity or sexual touch involved.
