It’s easy to see hypocrisy in others, but not so much in ourselves.
So what do I mean by hypocrisy? At our core, I believe that people who engage in alliterative lifestyles, sexual orientations, and sexual identities all want the same thing: to be left alone to do our thing. We’d rather be understood, but we can’t get that — leave me alone, I’ve got this.
Yet we judge. Even if we don’t say it out loud, we often feel others are doing “it” wrong, or they’re confused, or they’re headed for disaster. I’ll admit I’m guilty of it.
Let’s talk about this hypocrisy and what we can do to change it. How do we recognize these behaviors and move from judgement to acceptance.
This meeting is open to everyone; however, If you've never attended a Sex-Positive Reno discussion before I strongly encourage you to attend our meetup.com new member orientaion and sex-positive 101 meeting on March 11.
