She leads tantra workshops for groups of individuals and couples, and is holding this session for our meetup group. We have 15 spots reserved for us and she'll have 10 spots open on her website and meetup group.  The session will include no nakedness or sexual touch.

"The journey to our authentic selves takes many twists and turns. As we move forward towards 'enlightenment' seeking the bliss and peace so many have promised, we often lose touch with the very vehicle that houses the consciousness we seek. Full bodied awakening embraces all of who we are. I've met many folks on the path who have lost touch with their root. So anxious to transcend their pain and misery they drop all body connection and live a half life here waiting for that heaven or nirvana so many gurus and priests have promised.

Can you embody all of who you are and embrace the darkness and the light in the yin yan of reality? It is easy to intellectualize the yes to that question and a whole other thing to sit with deep pain and anguish in acceptance.

This acceptance and wholeness is what some call Tantric, fully embracing all that is as the Divine play. In this class we look at several deepening practices to help us embrace all of life and all of who we are. We will look more deeply into the play of the Sacred Sexual; how to deepen our delight, open our hearts and invite more ecstasy and bliss into our relationship with ourselves and others. I will create a safe, well boundaried atmosphere to share this delightful and expansive experience of Tantra. Paired/group and individual energy exercises will be offered along with meditations to deepen your connection to your authentic Self through your heart. *Her place is in Towson - North of Baltimore. I realize this will be a drive for many people, but I believe it will be well-worth it!
