I grew up in the Adirondacks and love Long Island. I especially enjoy the Long Island Sound and the North Fork and am up for basically anything that sounds like fun.

Welcome to BraveHeart Women LI!I see from Ivy's comment that your home was damaged (I assume in the recent storms). I do hope that you are recovering well. One thing I have learned is that I can cope so much better with stresses whenever I return to oxytocin breathing.
I hope you can attend our first Harmony (Oxygocin) Circle on December 12. I look forward to meeting you. If not, I am looking for a venue in Suffolk County for a circle in January. I am open to suggestions!
