LIMIT is 9: (8 members + me = 9) A REPEAT of the Sept. 22 gathering, to help open up gatherings to a maximum number of members. RSVPs will close when we reach 9.

The format will be one of providing guided teaching/presenting of the first third of the play: Act I + Act II Sc. 1 + 2 - with passages and quotes chosen for their poignancy and poetic beauty. The gathering is also focused on discussions of the universal social, philosophical and psychological insights in the play that we can dig up!

We had another energetic gathering and ploughed through the first third of the play. A warm welcome to "Jill" and "Gabriella" as new members. This was the first time we had an actress, Jill, attend. Wow - the speeches were really made to pop! A joy to hear.

Thank you all for your insights and views - it's what makes this endeavor a worthwhile and rich experience.

Such a fascinating play; good to break it down and see how it works.

    FYI everyone,
Last year, the format of the Readings was two sittings per play. I am experimenting with doing the play in three sittings, starting with Measure for Measure."
So, Sun. 09/29 will be one third of the Play:
    Act I, and Act II Scene 1 + 2

    Schedule (as always):

    5:30 Meet, Greet and Eat/Drink
    6:00 Start
    7:15 (appx.) 10 minute BREAK
    8:30 Finish

    See you on Sunday!
