Introduction

Kierra is a certified 5Rhythms (R) teacher and a long time student of 5Rhythms founder Gabrielle Roth. Kierra has led workshops throughout the Northeast. She also presented a series of workshops as part of the Terra Deusa festival in Brazil

What interests you about joining this group?

I started this group because I love organic movement and sharing the 5Rhythms (R) with people.

Do you already have a movement practice?

Yes, I have studied with Gabrielle Roth, the founder of this wonderful body of work since the late 90's.

Do you have any medical issues/conditions I should be aware of?

I ask this question of participants because I can show them safe ways of moving that still allow them to dance deeply and perhaps wildly

How often do you plan to attend class (the purpose of this group is to take the Shaking Spirit Waves 5Rhythms (R) classes)
