We are a group of Shaolin Kungfu and Qigong enthusiasts looking for spirited people to share this art with. We have have been studying under Shifu Guolin for years and are devoted to our practice.
All are welcome, whether you come from martial arts, yoga, dance, sports or you are total beginner looking for a fun and effective fitness regimen.
Kungfu - In this class we practice drills, stretches and forms typical of traditional Shaolin Kung fu training. This is a vigorous and complete workout. You will develop strength, flexibility, stamina and power.
Qigong - Here we practice deep breathing techniques combined with stretching and specific postures designed to balance your body's energy levels. Some of the most noticeable results are are wellness, greater clarity and reduced fatigue.
