What do you hope to get out Kungfu and/or Qigong training?

At this point, I would like an introduction to Kungfu and qigong to see if it meets my needs.

Do you have any previous experience (not necessary to join us)?

I have practiced tai chi, qigong, yoga, aerobics and light weight training.

What would you like to learn?

Building chi and energy. I suffer from chronic fatigue.
