Run clinic with LUNA Chix Pro team member Suzie Snyder

Join us on Sunday, August 18 at 10am at the Tufts University Ellis Oval Track for an awesome track clinic with LUNA Chix Pro team member, Suzie Snyder. Suzie will lead us in a warm up, form tips and a challenging (but fun!) track workout. And everyone knows that the best part of running is BRUNCH! After the track workout, we'll be gathering for a potluck brunch and would love for you to attend.

A little about Suzie: She is a Five-time XTERRA age group national champion and former XTERRA amateur world champion! She most recently won the 2013 Monstercross 50 mile cyclocross in VA and has many other Xterra events lined up this year. Some fun facts about Suzie are she is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) with a master’s degree in exercise science. She is also a human performance coach for law enforcement officers who takes pride in making grown men cry in the weight room. Her nicknames are The Soul Crusher and The Mistress of Sorrow! In high school, she was a pole vault state champion and slalom water ski state champion. Don't miss out on this clinic, as Suzie is only in Boston for one day!

To attend we are asking for a $10 donation, with 100% of proceeds going to the BCF. We request that you register in advance online at this link: http://prevention.breastcancerfund.org/site/TR?team_id=3950&fr_id=1290&pg=team
