Indoor Climbing @ Foundry Sheffield

Meet just before reception

New members to The Foundry will confirm competence (£2 life membership fee)

You'll need to know how to belay safely and tie a figure of eight knot as a minimum

Followed by a drink at the local.... we're normally there by 9.30pm

For complete beginners I can recommend doing the intro course at the Foundry ( which is 4 x 2 hour sessions at 7-9 on a Wednesday

Sorry, but my plans have gone to pot, namely a car that's broken... It's highly unlikely I'm going to be able to make it tonight... Apart from Gary, then everyone knows each other so I trust it won't be an issue... Gary, they are a friendly bunched so sure they can look after you :-)
