“The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page.” Augustine of Hippo
She’s a nomad is a group dedicated to the free spirit of women who travel abroad by means of backpacking. Backpacking is a form of low-cost, independent international travel. It can include the use of a backpack or similar luggage that you can carry over long distances; the use of public transport; inexpensive lodging such as youth hostels, cheap hotels a longer duration of the trip than most conventional vacations, potentially for weeks or months; and a strong interest in meeting locals in areas you pass through, absorbing the culture while you see the sights. Backpackers tend to want to experience the world in greater detail, and engineer their trips to make this happen through a slower pace and more communal forms of travel, typically through public transport. So let's get together, swap travel stories, talk about our next trip and meet new friends to travel with. Carpe Diem!
