How to alleviate edema in general.
Practice: Neck release, opening the lymphatic system.
Practice: Face treatment, nasal congestion, TMJ, headaches, eye puffiness and general face decongestion.
A great introductory course to learn the essentials of Lymphatic Drainage massage.
