If it aint raining, I'm riding. Work hard but committed to play even harder. Former Military (US Marines), now working in Federal Govt., teaching PT at Community College, and fighting Childhood Obesity with alternative P.E. & Fitness programs.

Do you have a favorite place/route to ride?
- Westminster to Catoctin Mountain (Camp David) - Harford Road (Seven Sisters) to Conowingo Dam to Lancaster, PA - Maryland to Myrtle Beach coming back through Outer Banks, NC - Chesapeake Loop Ride - 4-Harbor Ride (Baltimore Inner Harbor/Annapolis/Georgetown/National in a day
Are you most available to ride during weekday or weekend? Which days? ...in the morning, afternoon, evening, at night (Wed., Thurs., Sat. or Sun.)?
All day Weekends (Sat or Sun), Weekday afternoons, evenings and nights (Wed., Thurs. & some Fridays)
Are you most interested in local rides (1 to 5 hrs day / half-day)? or long distance rides (5 to 8 hrs weekend/overnight trips)?
Mostly local, but open to long distance and weekend rides if the destination/event is worth it
