Cappadocia – 
The Esbelli Cave hotel stay, www.esbelli.com, tour of unique architectural and historical sites: Devrent Valley, volcanically created “fairy” chimneys and Pasabagi (Monk Valley) known for mushroom shaped pinnacles, the Open Air Museum in Goreme (old Christian Settlement with rock-cut churches from the5th, 6th century Christian churches and monasteries with beautiful frescoes.) and the Kaymakli Underground City, 12 stories deep, used to hide during attempted invasions.
