If you need to exercise more, if you want to adopt a healthier lifestyle, if someone has encouraged you to give yoga a try, this free community class is perfect for you. It also offers you the chance to connect with your true, exquisite essence – mind, body, and soul.
Join us the second Saturday of each month for an afternoon asana class that will help you unwind from all the stresses of the week–and provide you with an abundance of energy to move forward in life. Designed for beginners, the asana will stretch your muscles while strengthening your entire body. We will link breath to movement to make a complete mind-body connection while listening to inspirational music. Wear loose and comfortable exercise clothes, and bring an exercise mat.
